What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored securely by our platform provider, Wix).
• Athlete details you share: the athlete's first name, age, position, and what they'd like help with.
• Film and breakdowns: the film you upload, and the breakdown your coach records, including their voice and, if they turn it on, their camera.
• Payments: processed by Wix Payments. We see what was bought and whether it was paid, never your full card number.
• Coach details: for coaches, also your profile, photos, phone number and the answers you give us for your interview.
• Basic site usage: pages visited and similar information that helps us keep the site working, collected by Wix's standard tools.

How we use it

• To deliver breakdowns: storing your film, sending it to the coach you choose, and keeping your breakdown in your account.
• To review requests and coaches, take payments, pay coaches, and give support.
• To let you know about your film's progress and your account.
• To keep HIGHERUP safe and improve it.

Who sees your film

Only our team and the coach you choose. We never post film or breakdowns publicly without permission, and coaches agree to use athletes' film only to create the breakdown. We use trusted service providers to run the site, mainly Wix for hosting, storage, accounts and payments. They handle data only on our behalf.

We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

Young athletes

HIGHERUP accounts are for adults. Parents or guardians create the account and send film for athletes under 18, and they control that information. We collect only what's needed to deliver a breakdown, like an athlete's first name, age and position. We don't knowingly let children under 13 create accounts. If you believe a child has given us information without a parent, contact us and we'll delete it.

Keeping it safe

Your information is stored with Wix, protected by encryption in transit and access controls. Film and breakdowns are visible only to the accounts that should see them. No system is perfect, but we work hard to protect what you share with us.

How long we keep it

We keep your film and breakdowns while your account is open, so they're yours to rewatch. You can ask us to delete your account and its film at any time. Some records, like payment records, we keep as long as the law requires.

Your choices

• Ask to see, correct or delete your information.
• Ask us to delete a specific film or breakdown.
• Close your account.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top and let you know on the site or by email.
