What HIGHERUP is

HIGHERUP connects young athletes and their families with college and professional athletes ("coaches") who review game film online. A coach records a breakdown of your film, with notes drawn on the plays and a personal message, and you keep it in your account. Everything happens online.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account. Parents or guardians create accounts for athletes under 18 and are responsible for how those accounts are used.
• Give us accurate information, keep your password private, and let us know if you think someone else has used your account.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Sending film

• Only send film you have the right to share. If the film shows an athlete under 18, you must be their parent or guardian, or have their parent or guardian's permission.
• You give HIGHERUP and the coach you choose permission to store, view and break down your film, only to deliver your breakdown and run HIGHERUP.
• Our team reviews every request before it reaches a coach. We may decline film for any reason, for example if it isn't appropriate or a coach isn't available. If we decline paid film, you get a full refund.
• Film can be up to 10 minutes long. Please don't send film that shows anything unsafe, private or inappropriate.

Your breakdown

• Your breakdown is yours to watch, download and keep for personal use, for as long as you have your account.
• Please don't sell breakdowns or use them commercially. You're welcome to share them with your athlete's family and coaches.
• We won't post your film or breakdown publicly without your permission.

Payments and refunds

• Each coach sets their own price, and you see it before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Wix Payments. HIGHERUP never sees or stores your full card number.
• Refunds: if our team declines your film, or your coach can't complete your breakdown, you get a full refund. Once a breakdown has been delivered, it isn't refundable unless something went wrong on our end, such as the video not working. Contact us and we'll make it right.
• Packages, monthly coaching, and guides or videos sold on a coach's page are described there. Guides and videos are a one-time purchase with lifetime access in your account. Monthly coaching can be cancelled anytime and ends at the close of the current month.

About our coaches

Coaches are independent athletes, not employees of HIGHERUP. We approve every coach personally after a call and interview, but a breakdown is coaching advice, not a promise of results. Any training your athlete does is at their own risk. Talk to a doctor before starting new training, and stop if anything hurts.

Being a good teammate

• Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hateful content or anything inappropriate, especially toward young athletes.
• Keep payments for coaching on HIGHERUP. Don't arrange to pay a coach outside the platform for work found here.
• Don't misuse the site: no scraping, hacking, or uploading anything harmful.

We may remove content or close accounts that break these terms.

The legal part

• HIGHERUP is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
• To the extent the law allows, HIGHERUP Sports isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
• We may update these terms. If we make an important change, we'll let you know on the site or by email. Continuing to use HIGHERUP means you accept the new terms.
